Some of the many other films that he appeared in include Home Sweet Home (1933), Orders is Orders (1934), The Mill on the Floss (1937), Storm in a Teacup (1937), They Flew Alone (1942), A Canterbury Tale (1944) where he played the organist, alongside Margaret Lockwood in Jassy (1947), Vote For Huggett (1949), Murder at the Windmill (1949), as Mr Snedrig in the 1951 version of Scrooge starring Alistair Sim, The Crimson Pirate (1952) and Sailor Beware (1956).
For Charters and Caldicott fans, he played the role of Schwab (see images) in the 1941 classic Night Train To Munich.
He died 8th February 1956.
